This service can be provided as part of a Project or as a 3rd Party Independent QA provider for your organizations' internal purposes

Quality Assurance is an entire set of management and technical activities that ensure the product matches all requirements. In fact, QA is paramount at BlueKatana and everything we do comes down to Quality Assurance. We understand Quality Assurance as continuous work on making our process smooth, predictable, and controllable.

When a Project reaches it's QA Phase; the whole project is handed over to the QA Team, who will analyze, control, and report any deficiencies or requirement shortcomings back to the project team. QA will not authorize to roll out a Project to Ptoduction unless all requiements are met as described int he requirement phase documentation. Only after QA has approved the Project, the Project will be available for Customer sign-off.

The QA decision can be overrriden by the Customer, but the Customer will be responsible for the Project outcome.
