robust network of partnerships and resale agreements. If you are interested in

suit your expectations. Historically our marketing partnerships have fallen
into two categories:
Resellers
A significant portion of BlueKatana's revenue is generated by our resellers.
The role of the reseller is to make an initial introduction between BlueKatana
and a potential client. Once the introduction is done, BlueKatana is
responsible for the pre-sales process and communications with the client.
Usually very little effort is required from reseller from that point on. The
reseller remains in the loop of communications for five to eight years and
receives commissions from all revenue generated from the relationship even if
there is no administrative burden on the reseller. We ensure that all processes
between the client and BlueKatana remain transparent to both the client and the
reseller.
Franchising
For those who are in a position to start a software
consulting business, BlueKatana offers a franchising agreement. In this
arrangement, an approved BlueKatana franchisee is licensed to offer
professional software development services to the market under the BlueKatana
name and collect revenues directly, while all production is conducted by
BlueKatana in its offshore development center. Franchisees are entitled to use
BlueKatana's trademark and all appropriate marketing materials. Entrepreneurs
can enjoy a low-priced, fixed-cost arrangement, essentially purchasing offshore
software development services at wholesale prices and retailing them at local
market prices.
Such an arrangement requires minimal investment in
office space and local marketing and normally requires an active role in
project coordination.
